I visit this location frequently for INR monitoring and have consistently received excellent care. In particular, I would like to recognize Russal Delacruz, who has attended to me on most of my visits. Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail have always been exceptional. The staff are kind, but none of them seem to know how to input information properly, which makes the service too slow. 20 minutes waiting for nothing as they are slowly typing something.
Techs here are over worked but they are very courteous, freindly and are helpful to everyone. The computer system should have a battery backup as the power flickers on and off here alot and waiting for a reset takes 30 minutes
