Don't go to this office; they're incredibly slow. The person working there doesn't seem to care. They're constantly on the computer; I don't know what they're doing. Every half hour, they grab a piece of paper and enter it into the system. The other staff members are nowhere to be seen. The blood sample collection stations are empty, and the waiting room is packed. It's disrespectful.
The most disgusting clinic ive been to. I made an appointment,arrived 20 minutes early and was second person in the lineup to register,they are all running back and forth while ignoring people waiting in the line ,it took them 20 minutes until i heard give me a minute and then it was another minute Then more problems started as soon as she looked at my face…..skin colour problem?because someone is white? by far the worst LifeLabs I have ever been to in my life. I told one of the ladies to not poke me in the inner of my arm because every time I have went to get blood work no blood ever comes out so I am poked multiple times unnecessarily so I let them know beforehand to poke me on top of my hand. The lady insisted she poked the inner corner of my arm and she did three times and no blood came out like I told her. I am giving one star because there is no zero star option. I was there today with my son. He had a 1:30 pm appointment for bloodwork. The staff was very disorganized lots of people waiting left. Forty five minutes waiting with an appointment is not acceptable. Never this location again!!!
