Very disappointed with this LifeLabs location. Last time, they forgot to take my blood for a lipid test, so I had to come back again. When I called their customer service, I was told I do NOT need to fast for the lipid test. But when I arrived today, the staff insisted I should have fasted, saying it’s required—completely opposite from what I was told earlier. The inconsistent instructions from LifeLabs wasted my time and made the process way more stressful than it needed to be.
When I came to donate blood, I was met with extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. Such an attitude is unacceptable in a place that deals with people’s health. It was a completely unprofessional experience.
We had a terrible experience at Lifelabs. The staff were extremely rude and hasty with us. They disrespected us and even laughed in our faces. Then, without any explanation, they made us wait for 30 minutes for no reason — completely arbitrarily. My spouse and I were there for an important test. While trying to send the required document to the email address they provided, we encountered a technical issue.
