The service is very bad, and the staff are rude and unfriendly.
This place is not professional the lady at the desk very rude.
We had a terrible experience at Lifelabs. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They made us wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes for no reason and pushed our test to the end of the queue. I had informed the staff that I needed to step out briefly for an X-ray appointment to tell them that I’ll be late and would return in a few minutes.
