I booked an appointment online and waited for about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. I think it is still within reasonable range. The technician was efficient and confirmed my ID before doing the test as required. I was careless and dropped my wallet on my way out. The technician was very nice as she called me back to pick it up. I am so grateful for her kind concern!
Probably one of worst lifelabs locations. Making appointment means nothing in this location.
This lab located at 4800 Leslie st is excellent The team at the front desk is very helpful , they do their best to accommodate each patient and the staff in the tests rooms is very professional and pleasant. Thank you
Jesintha at this location was so helpful in calming my son during the blood work. She, very gently, asked him different questions about his school and friends to keep him occupied with the answers and distracted from the bloodwork. I so appreciated her caring kindness! Thank you!
I don't know the name of the lady who took my blood but she was amazing! I told her I was scared of needles and she distracted me and made it a painless and quick
