I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire staff! Listening to them explain to clients that their doctor was not clear in the lab test ordered then apologizing to the client for the inconvenience. Addressing clients as they arrive and being so kind a courteous. I am so happy that they are so close to me. I always come here.
Do yourself a favour, Find another lab. This place is so unorganized. The staff is rude. They don’t know how to confirm your appointment so they ask you to have a seat and wait. 60 to 90 min. Place is a joke, I gave a 1 star only because they don’t offer negative stars.
Please honour booked appointments. If someone’s appointment is at 11am, then they should be called as the next person at 11am and not after several walk-ins from the waiting area. The appointment is at 11 not 11:15.
Lifelabs every location has been great! Both the Oshawa Simcoe and the southern Ajax location are nice and clean. Everyone is usually friendly and very helpful. I just wanted to give Laurie a shoutout, she works at different clinics. Everytime I see her she's so friendly, relatable and professional. I appreciate it!
