I go here frequently for bloodwork. Being deaf, they make sure to watch for me when it's my turn. The staff are absolute professionals with me and I rarely have to wait long without booking an appointment. They apologize if there's a longer wait and are very patient. I do find a couple of the receptionists a little testy when other people are there that don't speak English well and don't understand the response required for "when was the last time you drank and ate".
I don't really understand all the negative reviews, every time I've needed something here I've had a wonderful time. Eva was sweet as pie and laughed with me to ease the unpleasant blood-drawing process. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the speedy service. I was at the Lab at 745am without an appointment, I got my blood work done right away, the technician is a lovely lady. The Lab is super clean .
Away from how rude they are And how bad they treat people Zero customer service Look at this nonsense The tape they put on the arm after blood withdrawal Is placed on the BIOHAZARD sharps disposal container .. no comment ...
