Visited this place today… the two people working were beyond overwhelmed … they were so overwhelmed and didnt know how to handle the patients…wait time for over 2 hours, they were yelling at seniors when they were asking how much longer they need to be waiting… they should have at least people who are not miserable working in this place.
They apparently didn’t send my blood samples to public health according to my dr as he got no results! I will find out whose fault it is trust me and there will be legal consequences if I don’t get to speak to someone in higher power this is unacceptable.
I came for my blood work today with a 12:45 appointment. The staff communicated well, and Geeta (at reception) was especially kind and generous. The whole process went smoothly.
Had a great experience at this location, booked an appointment for a blood test and was taken in immediately, and everything was done within 15 mins. All staff members were super friendly as well!
