AVOID AVOID AVOID! THIS IS THE WORST location in GTA hands down!!! We waited literally 2 hours! 2 freaking hours till I confronted the tech about it, and asked if they’re ONLY taking appointments, she denied it and asked one of the patients how long they have been waiting, she answered 15 mins!!!!!! She didn’t apologize even once and proceeded to tell me i have 4 in front of me, which after I waited, entered the room and waited some more (10-15 mins), she asked me if I can read the dr’s handwriting because she couldn’t!!!!! ... read more

Don’t waste your time going there. They don’t care, if you have appointment or not. They will prioritize whoever they want too. I had an appointment by 12:30 and i was still waiting in the queue and people who were walkin after me were going inside, so what is the use of Appointment. When i went to ask, they all were chatting and laughing at the front. May be they should upgrade the staff or they should know the value of time! I am never going back there.
Staff here are so uneducated in the medical/healthcare field. They don’t care about anyone’s wellbeing. I’ve gotten blood drawn before and have never had any pain or discomfort upon insertion. However this time, there was pain when inserted and immense pain when removed. I noticed the individual drawing the blood pressed down on my vein while the needle was still inside! That is huge nono! Had a 12:20 PM appointment at the 40 Finchgate LifeLabs location. Arrived on time in between of work , only to be told I’d still need to wait 30–40 minutes or more. What’s the point of booking an appointment then? Completely unprofessional and a waste of time
