service is very slow. I happen to stumble on to this location since the one I usually go to does not have any available appointments. was surprised there were more slots on this one. I was about to find out why. Plenty of parking space but they charge you for it (should have known then). they are located in the basement with absolutely no network signal. there was a lineup that takes both walk ins and ones with appointments. Worst experience with lifelabs at this location.Even with prior appointment you have to wait 45-60 mins to get your tests done. And, people with walk-ins are prioritised over the ones with appointment. Showed up 10 mins before the appointment time and still had to wait 50 mins to get the tests done.
Worst location to get any type of service. No proper instructions. Long wait time even after a booked appointment. Blood taker didn’t said to tighten the fist and started her process without communicating.
Just godawful LifeLabs. By faaaaar the worst Lifelabs I have ever been to. When I was there, at least 3 people complained about the wait times. The blood drawers/technicians were taking their sweet time with everything. The LifeLabs on 2 Dewside Drive is far more professional, kind, and competent.
