Poor customer service. Inadequate staff, no acknowledgment of pateints waiting.
Waiting time is just too long. They should be more organized and be ready when they open.
If I had strength to stay over an hour to registration, I wouldn't need a blood test. Never again
Super long wait times, unable to get appointments for weeks. Super unstaffed, small location that cannot keep up with the volume of people requiring services. I'd love to say I won't be back but there's not many options and we are forced to just put up with these long wait times. Super sad!
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They lost my health card and kept blaming on me that I did not give them. But I am 💯 percent sure I gave them. They were kept ignoring me. I think they should go back to school and learn some manners.
