I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. I had an amazing experience at this clinic. I was a walk-in today (Thursday) at around 3:15pm and I was seen after only about 15 minutes. The staff were all friendly and chatty with me and the blood test was virtually painless. I would highly recommend having blood work done here to anyone. Be nice and you will be treated nice. The end.
Amina is the best. So kind and you don’t feel a thing when she draws the blood. She’s so gentle. Absolute professional. Please never change - we need more people like you!
"WORST OF THE WORST". Congratulations to the "Receptionist" and "Quine" the nurse for this honor. I watched you both humiliate & berate patient after patient. The Elderly man who was shaking, the immigrant family that was unsure where to stand, & so many more. All they did was ask a question. Then it was my turn. I was kind & respectful to both of you. Was here Aug 9 2025 Lady working at front desk is Rude, even though you have an appointment, she still makes you wait in line Kids running in the hallways, no control.
Very poor front desk experience. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The actual wait times never match what is shown online. Even when asking a simple question, the front desk responds with a rude attitude. If you're taking walk-ins and mention a 1-hour wait, at least provide an updated estimate after that time has passed. When I politely asked for an ETA after waiting over an hour, the staff responded rudely, saying I was "disturbing them."
