Editing review after 12 more visits : The lab is still consistently extremely slow, with always limited staff on hand, resulting in long wait times.
Best lab I've been to. In and out within 5 mins of my scheduled appointment. Everyone was polite, attentive and available for questions. Asked for online results and they gave me the code. I've been to other labs and waited 3 hours - perhaps I caught them on a good day but still greatful.
Pathetic wait times, small and congested area, less staff barely 2 to 3 people managing everything.. however, the ladies at the reception and those doing blood work are polite and helpful.. !!
Their service sucks they must add more professional staff to serve their patients.
I booked an appointment and came 10 min before to check in. People in the walk in line had an issue with that but once I told them I have an appointment they shut up. I was seen on time and everything went smoothly no issues. Alot of negative reviews don't make sense to me. If you don't want to wait hours then make an appointment in advance or go somewhere else.
