Extremely long wait times, even when you have an appointment. At least 30 minute wait with an appointment. People at front desk are often confused when reading my req form and take a long time trying to figure it out.
I had a really nice experience , I booked an appointment for blood work , the whole process gone very fast and smooth ,both receptionist and nurse was very calm and polite.
The wait was less than 10 minutes to get my name called. The lady was pleasant and professional.
It took me 28 minutes of waiting just to speak with a live agent. Very disappointing and poor customer service.
Very unprofessional staff, they let people cut line line and dont address it when i pointed it out. Brown lady apparently just wanted to ask a question meanwhile we’re all in the line up waiting to ask questions as well but somehow she’s more important.
