This certain location is very good to me. I have a fear of needles. Mary was awesome and gentle. Highly recommend this location. They are fast and efficient
15 years living in North York, I have never seen such rude staff. No smile, and they do their best to keep you waiting. Never visit this location. I had an appointment and they behave very bad.
Always there is one person who is doing everything counter bloodsamples all . It was my turn and still in waited to register for 25 mins. I understand these places has waited times but waited for register for 25 mins when there was no one ahead u is crazy
Absolutely terrible front desk staff. Clearly they lack professionalism and compassion. I watched them be rude to almost everyone who walked in. It was very disappointing as there were many senior citizens.
