The bloodwork aspect goes smoothly (with the right nurses) for me but their systems don’t work correctly. I booked an apt 2 weeks in advance for bloodwork so I could book the day off. I go in 20 minutes early to check in and they say they don’t have me in their system. Luckily I screenshot everything and had my own proof. No apology, just a ‘well you’re lucky we have time today’. Like yeah you SHOULD - I scheduled it? People here are just rude to be rude.
Friendly professional staff, clean and organized location.
Staff is helpful.
I prepared myself for a long way on a Saturday morning, But the staff had everything under control. They were kind and polite.. My wait time was less than two minutes. Such a great place with great people makes getting your blood Taken a little less painful
