I usually have a pretty good experience here but today was really bad. I walked in to find that only two people were handling the entire lab. It wasn’t even busy, it was a random Monday afternoon, but the wait time was ridiculous! I had to leave because I had to be somewhere and they were taking so long. I was there for 40 minutes. Please have more people working next time!
Making an appointment makes it so easy. Staff are great. I have hard to find veins, they always get it. Better than nurses at hospital!

My technician was happy, very kind and professional. She was the most gentle I have ever had with collection. Great all around!
