I’d rate this place 5 stars for ease of access and speed to get in with an appointment and kindness. Also super frustrated that they now charge for parking in a place I can’t even walk to properly because it’s too far from everything. I liked coming here but now I won’t be back and will end up going back to Welland where I can park reasonably close and walk. I can’t support charging parking when it only makes this difficult for the seniors and unwell (as in the people who need parking proximity).
Big shoutout to Maria, the lady who took my blood. She was wonderful. I’m scared of blood, but she talked with me to keep me calm. Lovely staff here overall!
Service was so quick - I was in and out in a few minutes and best of all, no bruising or discomfort at all after drawing blood. The nurse was amazing!
