Walk in times online are not reflective of the actual wait time in the clinic. Expect to wait 2+ hours as a walk in even if the time online says 15 minutes. Small office with a few seats and a line down the hallway. Not worth coming as a walk in. They seem to be taking appointments on time which is good. This should be an appointment based service only. The staff were friendly and good at what they do. The washroom to give a sample was filthy. Overall, won’t come back to this location.
Visited today & got turn with in 5 minutes of appointment time. Respectful staff. Thanks a lot.
They were not taking in walking and hence the wait time was less but the staff is not polite. They are very rude and doesn’t communicate properly.
The lady on the counter is very very bad and treated us very bad its not the first time we enter this clinic in both visits they were very unrespectful not helpful dont go i dont recommend and this clinic should not consider this lady Also after checking the reviews no one said i good single them about this haha
Christina at the desk was beyond lovely! Super friendly and knowledgable.
