This location actually deserves ZERO star. Very rude staff , poor communication, long wait .
The worst lab in Brampton. Poor customer service. Huge lineups. There should be a system to handle both walk-ins and appointments at the same time. Service should be faster. They need more staff and at least five counters, but they only have three.
Slow, dirty and staff are rude.
