Poor Walk-in System & No Waitlist Tracking I arrived at 9:00 AM to register as a walk-in and was told the wait time would be about two hours. When I returned at 10:30 AM to check my place in line, the staff couldn’t tell me where I stood or how much longer I’d have to wait. There’s no proper system to track walk-in patients, no text notifications, and no way to check your status remotely. Make sure do appointment and if have appointments how long you have to wait only God knows.
Terrible service. Staff has no sense of communication at all. Looks like they are frustrated from work. This location is nearest to my place but i always avoid going here because of rude staff. Everytime if you ask them how much wait, they will reply more than an hour regardless of rush. And gives form back too if asked second time. Looks like they don’t want people to come there. I don’t know why lifelabs don’t take it seriously.
Waiting time is so crazy and just don’t care about people, staff is rude. The common excuse is short staff. I hear this every time.
Terrible walk-in experience. I wasn't able to find an appointment even three weeks ahead on the weekend so had to go in as a walk-in client. I checked in at 9:50am.. and was told very discourtesously by a staff member that I should just wait outside or find a seat and listen in for my name to be called.
