Disrespectful staff who do not ask consent, do not explain ECG procedures step by step, touch patients inappropriately, and expose patients unnecessarily, as well as force patients to remove their bra without permission and lift up coverings on patients without explicit consent to touch the coverings or the patient.
The caregivers are so great and very nice. Especially with kids.
Wilma and Lornn are terrific. It’s a difficult job, but they are so patient, kind and thoughtful day after day. Our Downsview community is lucky to have them.
