Awful service. They don't update their wait times, so just because it shows the wait time as super low online, does not mean it's accurate. The receptionist very rudely pointed out the fact that she's not entering anything into the system - hence why the waittimes are low. Wait-time showed 10 mins online and 45 mins in-person
