It's a no star service. Under staff , long wait and poor management.
Nope, horrible staff.
Worst life Labs I've ever been to. Came as a walk in with a wait time of 65 min so I dropped off my papers and came back in 60 minutes and they still hadn't even entered my Information after 1.5 hrs.. absolutely ridiculous and then told me there were still 4 people ahead of me, all of which came after I dropped off my papers..Be realistic with your wait times or be more efficient at entering your data. Would give this place 0 stars if I could every time is a bad experience. Avoid this location at all costs
Very bad experience. Staff is not helpful. Every time you go there you have to wait for hours & hours.
I had a very disappointing experience at Life Labs (2 Dewside Dr, Suite). I arrived around 4:30 PM, which was 30 minutes before their closing time. Initially, no one opened the door, but another patient actually had to open it for me. Once inside, I was told they couldn’t take me in because they weren’t accepting patients, even though there was still plenty of time left before closing.
