I am disappointed for the poor service they provide to their clients. this is almost two weeks they did not send me the report. and they never pick up their phone.
Great staffs.
Extremely disappointing experience compared to other locations. Usually takes me about 10-15 minutes max to walk in without an appointment, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. During the waiting few other patients who had an appointment simply didn’t get it in time bc of the receptionist that had been dislocating directions. However, there were not that many people to had such a long wait time, but the staff takes a solar year to take one blood sample.
Very efficient staff
Workers are nice but they are totally understaffed. They need more workers. Also, the do digital discrimination. If you don't know how to make an appointment on your phone, you will have to wait for hours. I once went there without an appointment. I was waiting for 1 and a half hour. I realized there was an appointment on the webpage available 2 hours later so I got it. Although my appointment was two hours later, they let me do it right away.
