How are these guys no longer taking proper precautions and wearing proper respirators? All these viruses are running rampant - c19, rsv, flu, measles, TB right now. WHO has said to take precautions as these are all airborne. Meanwhile, sick and medically vulnerable people are coming to you to get their blood tests done. You are going to catch it and pass it on to others, and get one of your patients sick while they seek medical care. I have no words. It‘s unconscionable.
Mostly very busy but edfficient. Once had an issue with service but no on site supervisor. Ha to leave a message with the general line and the supervisor called in a day or two. On site supervison would resolve issues faster.
I’ve always been a bit nervous about blood work, but Kena was amazing. She was very patient and professional. Her technique for finding the vein was spot on, and the injection was completely painless. Thank you, Kena, for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!
