The individuals follow the appointment times to the letter - that is 100% how it should be with zero tolerance. This is NOT the case at 250 Harding!
The area for patient is too small and you have to be waited on the Hallway get in Otherwise, the Employee they are working fast
I've gotten a lot of blood tests done over the past few years, and the technicians at this location were unnecessarily aggressive with the procedure. This was by far the most painful blood test I have ever gotten, and despite following post-procedure instructions carefully, I am already showing signs of bruising and additional abnormal pain. Dropped of my FIT envelope today (July 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm) to Lifelabs on 22 Richmond Street, Richmond Hill and there was a lineup outside the office but I asked the lady at the front of the line if I could just pop into the office ahead of her for a quick second and she agreed. I then peaked my head behind the reception area counter and asked the poor lovely gal behind the counter if I can just leave my FIT test envelope and she said I could just leave it in the fridge next to the first exam room. Wait times are horrendous. I had an appointment for 1pm and I even came in a bit earlier and I still had to wait over an hour to get my bloodwork done. Do not recommend anyone to come here.
