Worst life labs ever, take ages to check in the patients, RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE. I was at the laboratory at 1 cause my doctor told me that i don’t need to fast and i can afternoon, The old Persian lady was talking about how these teenagers and young people sleep until noon and they are not responsible enough to come in the morning, They talk to each other and don’t make the progress fast, there is another lifelabs at 250 Harding blvd which I recommend. Im still waiting after 2 hours.
I saw Chinese lady making argument with senior citizen person , instead of polite conversation she was more aggressive on senior people. This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated in canada.
This is go to lab for my blood or other test since this is very convenient and close to home. But not a full service lap since this is very small place. Please check with the lab what kind of test you are looking for and if this lab performs it. Plenty of parking and not so busy place to visit.
Unorganized and crowded People with appointments have difficult time informing staff that they have arrived due to one large line crowding the door way. Might want to designate a line for prebooked appointments.
