The 989 Fennel Ave E location used to be a great LifeLabs office but it is now terrible because of recent staff changes. The woman who took my blood samples was great but the woman checking people in is incompetent and nasty. First of all, she doesn't care about appointments and makes people with appointments wait in the same line as walk-in people which completely defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. My blood wasn't drawn for more than half an hour after my appointment time even though I arrived ten minutes early.... read more
20 minutes, in and out. My doctor called with results 2 days later. Very friendly and efficient staff.
They are rude I wouldn’t recommend
The lady at the front desk was so polite and kind. I watched her support multiple elderly people with such care kindness and patience. It’s people like her that give me hope for humanity!
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and although the posted wait time was 50 minutes, we were advised at check-in that the actual wait would be closer to 30 minutes. In reality, we were seen within 20–25 minutes and were out the door about 10 minutes later. My 2.5-year-old daughter was having bloodwork done for the first time, so we were understandably nervous.
