Worst customer service ever. There's a sign in their office saying first hour free parking, with zero explanation as to how this works. I assumed as the sign said that the first hour was free (no indication that there's a ticket system in place that you get validated). I not only paid for half an hour of parking, but I went 10 minutes over and since the sign said first hour free, I thought I paid for nothing and didnt extend the parking another ten minutes. The front desk staff and management at this location are highly unprofessional and lack basic operational skills. They struggle with simple tasks like checking emails or updating patients about wait times. When asked about delays, they respond with laughter or dismissive comments rather than addressing concerns seriously—showing a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. The front staff and 2 women working there are terrible. This a lifelabs I’ve been going to for years. I went for a seasonal checkup on Monday with an appointment. Waited 2hours 30mins. Ended up being late for work for a routine appointment that typically takes 15-20mins max. Not only did one of the workers take my blood and ask me to pee in 2 cups. Parking is free for an hour to the customer. Give parking ticket to the reception for validating. Its on 6th floor 630Unit inside the first building of hospital. Gave 2star for Clint mismanagement Thank me later.
