Terrible service. I waited with my son for more than 1.5 to take blood, had a rude nurse that later came in rushing into the room with equipment falling out of her hand. No bedside manner at all. There is a child sitting in front of her and no talking other than straight instructions. Rushed the needle in, told my son he doesn’t actually feel pain when he cried out. Just flat out terrible experience

Understaffed and now less hours. The staff are rude and not friendly. Very hard to make appt on line, especially for diabetics. The check in on line system does not work Have some consideration for diabetic patients who comes fasting for test.

The receptionist is so mean. I visited here on September 3. When I entered the reception didn’t even greet me. After about 5 minutes she asked me for my doctor’s referral and she said because I’m 5 minutes late for my appointment I will need to wait 45 minutes to 1 hr. I waited and she asked me for my vaginal swap. I told her it’s in my car and she said the door will be closing now so it doesn’t matter. The person doing my blood work was super nice and tried to pleaded with her but she was firm that she is not accepting it.
