Worst location if you are looking for any test. Anne and esther who works over have no professionalism. They were arguing in front of customer. If you have an appointment you still have to wait because they don’t care. Get ready to pay extra for parking or parking ticket.
Horrible service, we waited for around an hour for a simple blood test. It appears they are too short staffed. Do not come here if you want be on time for anything in your day.
I went in for a walk-in appointment and had a very frustrating experience. I had emailed my medical ID as instructed, but because their system was slow, I was told it couldn’t be found. I even helped the nurse search for my email on their computer and found the document myself, but instead of being thanked, I was made to feel like it was my fault.
