If I could give 0, I would!!! So angry right now. Son needs A1C blood test and has a LifeLabs requisition card that says it expires on September 27th. Went on August 29th and was told test has to be in September and to come back. Came back on September 3rd and am being turned away again! Now they're saying, despite the card expiry saying September 27th, it really expired on the 2nd.
My area was not disinfected, the baseboard heater did not have a cover, holes in the walls and my technician was shaking because she was so busy. Not ideal Canadian health care. I will never go back.
Nurse Mari was gentle and efficient with the blood draw. I didn’t experience any discomfort at all, keep up the good work!
I have to give them an extra star out of sympathy to their staff shortage. However one of the staff member was completely rude when I asked a simple question regarding the bloodwork I was having done. Tell me why out of the 3 people they had during a peak time they don’t have a receptionist? Very underfunded location, it’s in the basement with no reception & they offer no wifi. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was told I had to leave & go back upstairs to send my requisition via email. I lost my spot & had to wait anot... read more
I did an appointment for my two year old daughter they took her in on time had everything set up and was quick and gentle with her. Thank you for your compassion such a great experience I will for sure be coming back for any of our blood work done. Thank you!
