If you prefer service with an attitude please proceed there, I went there and immediately was greeted with an attitude and I just left and went to one at Wilson which was way better. That’s just my take🥱
It’s pointless to make appointments you have to wait in a long line anyway jokes
Staff are very rude and dismissive, especially toward elderly people , which was deeply concerning and unacceptable. The waiting period was extremely long, with no clear communication . The washroom was poorly maintained and lack of basic supplies like toilet paper.
Much better than other lifelabs I’ve been to. Just make sure you book an appointment. If you walk-in without one you will be waiting a long time before being seen as this is a very busy location.
