I had a scheduled appointment at 1:20 PM, which I confirmed with the phone operator ahead of time. I was assured I would be seen at that time. However, when I arrived, I was left waiting until 2:00 PM and then made to wait another 30 minutes after that to complete the second half of my test. This was my second visit to LifeLabs, and once again I had a great experience. The technician who did my blood test was incredibly gentle, caring, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout, and handled everything so smoothly that I barely felt a thing. I really appreciate how calm and careful she was it made the whole process completely stress-free. Thank you for the excellent care!
walked in and it got progressively busier with scheduled appointments, but have to give a shout out to the team working hard behind the desk! super efficient and friendly!
My 7/16/2025 visit was quick. Anika (student) was careful and gentle in taking my blood samples. She was helpful and much better than another person who did the same thing at a doctor's clinic 2 weeks earlier. This Lifelabs Mississauga location at Hurontario & Dundas is a busy office but the front staff were on top of things.
This is the worst location ever. Almost a 2 hour wait and the ladies take 2 or 3 files at the same time and others go infront of you. Horrible!!!
