Luz was handling the collection of my samples for the blood work, she was very gentle and polite. She ensured I was not in any discomfort and honestly in last 3 years this is the first time I never got a bruise, she took care of everything. Thank you so much! And for the reception staff, they were pretty quick as well. I visited this site yesterday (a Monday morning) to get blood work done. Some observations: 1. The waiting area is way too small for the population it serves. There was a line up going out the door. There was no space for people to sit/stand who had already submitted their requisitions and were waiting to be called. People were waiting right outside the booths where technicians were serving clients. I'm still waiting for an appointment schuduled for 1:45, which I arrived at 1:32pm for. It's now 2:03pm with a long confusing line of appointment/walk-ins. If they aren't abiding by the appointment times, why bother having it at all. They need more efficient service and staffing. They finally did call me around 2:30pm, but I didn't see anyone until 2:50pm. In total I waited well over an hour, and that's with a prior appointment booked. Edit: It gets worse.
