I had a very disappointing experience at LifeLabs. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over an hour standing in a long line just to check in. The appointment time meant nothing — it felt like a walk-in system. The staff at the front desk are the same people who do the blood collection, which slows everything down even more. Luz is very kind and empathetic - especially if you're afraid of needles!
This place is really crowded and some of the staff’s behavior is really rude. Also, they are always behind the scheduled appointments. Average wait time for an appointment is 45 minutes and average walk-in wait time is 75-90 minutes. If I had a choice closer to my home and/or at a similar distance, I would never go here. Don’t waste your time here if you can go somewhere else.
Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The front desk staff, especially someone named Glessy, was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive toward patients. Basic respect and efficiency were clearly missing. Would not recommend at all.
