I had a blood test appointment on October 3, 2025, and even with an appointment, I still had to wait 20 minutes. What’s the point of scheduling if you’re going to wait anyway? On top of that, there’s no free parking — minimum $7 just for 30 minutes, which is ridiculous for a medical lab visit. The worst part is the way they handled my test. I waited 4 days and still didn’t get my results. When I called, they said there was a delay and to wait another 2 days. Disgusting attitude the employees behind the desk they treat you like slavery
The staff was very nice and made the experience less stressful. I didn’t even feel the needle. They made you feel at ease. The wait time was was very short.
