Was one of the only people here and they didn't come to my cubicle for around 45 minutes to take my blood.
Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional rude staff. They had me sit in one of the cubicles and then nobody came for 40 minutes. Super inefficient. It seems like the receptionist are only doing the blood work. Don’t waste your time by coming here. Management, please take a look at all the reviews.
I had such a great experience at this location, particularly thanks to nurse Nabila during my recent visit for bloodwork. She was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional—before I even had time to feel nervous, everything was done! We were in and out in just 3 minutes. Her calm and confident approach made the whole process feel effortless. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with medical staff. Thank you, Nabila!
I had blood test for my 6 days old daughter. Nabila (nurse) did it blood test this is not capillary test which is done by feet which easier this was vein one which is done on hands . She did it amazingly very calmly. All the small baby cries so my baby also cried but still she did blood test very calmly. Thank you for that
