I went for blood work today and a lovely tech named "Tina" took my sample. I fear needles and having blood work done. She was very friendly and got my vein on the first try. I was thankful for her professionalism today! Editing and adding on as I went for new blood work today. Karolina (hopefully I spelled it correctly) took my sample today. Today we went for book blood work at this lab for the first time at 12.00 PM and mine at 12.10 PM. My wife's name displayed at right time on board. I waited for 15 minutes and asked the receptionist if there was any preference for booking patients? She said we logged in as the patient registered and ignored my question. Funny I (12.10 PM) registered before the wife (12.00 PM) and they took me first then wife, where we both registered within few minutes apart. Time to complain about this clinic
I usually have a good experience here. I verbally requested an accommodation and had supporting documentation. My request for accommodation was denied. I waited a few minutes and tried to advocate a second time for accommodation. My requests was dismissed again even though Ive never had a problem before. I felt brushed off, invalidated, and like I was an inconvenience.
Anyone who says the staff is friendly at this location is probably friends or family. They are extremely rude. I brought my son for blood work for the very first time (he's 10) they were extremely rude and said “this has to hurry up, i’m going on lunch in 5 mins”. The first lady actually threw a fit and walked out. Ladies, you’re not nurses saving the day. Get off your community college pedestal and find a job you actually enjoy to pay for your lip fillers.
We went for our daughters ECG here, very disappointing technician asking unreasonable questions and even though we wanted the report to be sent immediately as advised by Doctor she denied saying it will take 2-3 days.
