The worst experience at a laboratory regarding customer service. The receptionist who works on Saturdays is extremely rude and discriminatory, especially toward elderly people and those who do not speak English well. My mother was practically humiliated by her in front of other patients. Instead of offering help and understanding, this employee yelled at her in front of everyone, making her feel embarrassed and vulnerable. The lady who did my blood work was lovely. Was in and out in about 20 minutes with no appointment.
This place is simply perfect for getting your bloodwork and whatever lab tests done and submitted. For several of the negative review people, I recommend not voting for Ford if you want to potentially see some positive change in the Ontario healthcare industry :)
