For the amount of people that go through that tiny place it's amazing how efficient the staff is lots of parking if not in front in back.Plenty of seating Check on line for least busy times
Tried to get my blood work done on a Saturday morning, and the girl at the front desk was very rude from the very first word. It was busy and I get that they didnt have time, but the way that Sarah at the front desk talks to patients is unacceptable considering she is the first point of contact and the first face that patients see when they walk in. a simple " we are busy today, can you please come back a different day?" would have been enough without all the attitude.
The tech put clean hand into dirty garbage then proceeded to handle materials in the room. Cross-contamination nightmare! Not interested in leaving with a disease 🤦🏻

Honestly the only negative thing I have to say is staff need an attitude adjustment or maybe a customer service class but walk in wait times are really not that bad.. I don’t care what the estimated time says I never had to wait over 15-20 minutes & big shout out to Jodi who helped me today.Although MOST of the other staff looked annoyed with the one to many kids who accompanied their parents to their appointments today.
