I go to this clinic and it's hit or miss with some of the ladies. However the one nurse/lab tech. Is soooooo amazing she makes the effort to listen and care just an all around lovely woman! Quick and efficient service. I arrived 10 min early for afternoon appointment but forgot paperwork. Even though it was packed, receptionist said I could go home and get the papers. I was seen within 5 mins when I returned 35 mins later. Only downside is they need more offices and extended hours in Hamilton. Waiting 3 weeks for a morning appointment (when needing to fast) sucks.
Wow! Great experience. Went in on a Saturday, line was down the hall. Thought I'd be there all day. I was in and out and the lady I had was so patient and kind to me (I hate needles). The lady running the Saturdays checked in on me as well. Great experience. Great staff. I'll be back to this location even though it's across the city for me.
Excellent service for my wife. very quick, very professional ,very friendly, not to long of a wait,very clean,clean washroom, automatic doors for walkers or wheelchairs. Always happy to go there
had to urine sample drop off to the office at this location , I was not given proper paper work with the collection container I found this out today Aug 25/25 when i tried to hand in sample a rude receptionist first told me of the missing paper work and when i told her i reciveced only the sample instructions instead of offering assistance in fixing the problem she was rude and refused the sample blaming me for her co-workers error/ missing paperwork and attempted to refuse to take it .....I left the sample container on her ... read more
