They dont want to accept Indian Status or NIHB status. Their website and Google clearly say that they accept it. The two workers Ive delat with at the counter were rude and dismissive because I questioned if they do or not. I had to pay for a test not covered by OHIP so thats why I presented my status card. They wanted nothing tondo with it. Everything else was fine.
Mozhgan was incredibly kind and professional. My 10-year-old daughter was very nervous, but she handled everything so calmly and gently. She made us both feel comfortable, and we honestly didn’t feel any pain. Thank you, Mozhgan, for such a great experience!
We went without an appointment and did not wait long and we found the staff there to be very friendly and the doctor was exceptional
