I can’t even get through to a live person to ask a question about the location on Spring Bank Road I just wanted to know whether or not I need to drive in and pay a four dollar parking fee just to drop off a lab kit rather than put it in Canada post mail. But there’s nobody there to ask the question too. It’s just a menu with other options.
The Phlebotomist in this branch got the blood sample in 1 shot. She is nice too. Thank you. Waiting time depends on the patients number, but usually 40-55 min. Parking for a fee, hence the 4 star. Might as well given 5 stars if parking is free.
