Nothing wrong with the lifelabs itself, but don’t come here unless you want to pay for parking.
All staff are professional and friendly. I purposely come to this location for all my bloodwork bc it is clean, the staff is friendly and it is always so quick. In and out. Thank you
They really can't keep it together. You can wait forever even if you have an appointment for blood sugar that's time sensitive. When they quite literally forget you they don't even apologize for it. It's been this way for years. It's a terrible location.
Prepare to be yelled at, talked rudely, and potentially dismissed. If you have other options, try there first.
I can’t even get through to a live person to ask a question about the location on Spring Bank Road I just wanted to know whether or not I need to drive in and pay a four dollar parking fee just to drop off a lab kit rather than put it in Canada post mail. But there’s nobody there to ask the question too. It’s just a menu with other options.
