Fast, clean, pleasant, bright, maybe the best lifelabs iv ever been to
This location is upbeat, polite, and caring. One can hear laughter and an occasional burst of song! The staff seem to enjoy working together and they are kind to patients.
Need more experienced nurses to withdraw blood. So scary when nurse cannot withdraw blood from 1st try and 2nd try too. And need to get another nurse to try again. This must be looked into for people coming to this lab for blood test. The lab could provide larger paper cups for the elderlies to facilitate peeing and then transfer to that small container . Need to consider having this facilitation for elderlies.
My wife and I have been visiting different lifelab locations in last couple of years. This location is very friendly for walkin with no appointments. We came with appointments, but when they are not busy, they come up to you and serve you earlier. Staffs are friendly, professional, kind and efficient. It doesn’t like some other locations, staffs walking around doing nothing. We will keep coming this location.
