Very disappointed with the service at this lab. We were told the wait time would be 45 minutes, but we’ve now been waiting for over 2 hours. What’s even more frustrating is that patients are not being taken in the order they arrived, people who came after us are being called first. There’s no proper queue system, and the staff seems disorganized. This kind of mismanagement and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially at a medical facility. Please improve your scheduling and customer service.
Very fast and extremely friendly staff. The receptionist is so kind and patient.
Over my last 3 visits here over 3 months, the patient traffic is crazy here but, the way the girls handle things with calm dwmeanor, it’s amazing. Kudos to the girls here.
