The bathrooms here at the 1350 Fanshawe Pk Rd, London, ON LifeLabs location are always filthy, their toilet paper holders are broken, and they never have soap at the sink (sometimes hand sanitizer only, sometimes nothing at all). This is unacceptable for a medical facility.

Fast and easy to find the staff are friendly
I was assisted by a staff named Abeer and she did an outstanding job. Abeer was very professional in taking my blood, accommodating, and kind. Thank you Abeer.
I was not allowed to access my own lab result online but have to pay 30 dollars to my FD to get even a digital one.
