Don't bother making an appointment. Waited for them to clear all the walk ins before I was taken in, well after my appointment time.
I went early in the morning as soon as it opened for a walk in appointment and despite being a walk in, I had my bloodwork done in less than half an hour. The person who did my bloodwork was a very kind young south Asian woman, and she did an amazing job. I didn’t get her name but I barley felt anything, she did so well I could hardly tell I got my bloodwork done. The staff is kind and efficient, and it’s clean inside. I highly recommend this life labs
I usually get really nervous around needles, but Mozhgan made my blood test experience so easy and painless! She was so gentle and professional — I didn’t even feel the needle. Thank you, Mozhgan, for making it such a comfortable experience! 5 stars for you. Giving it an overall 3 stars because they put me in walk-in when I have an appointment and made me wait an extra 20 minutes.
I always had a great experience at this location. The staff is professional and courteous. Today, Komal was extremely efficient, professional and had a great positive attitude. Komal sucks your blood so painlessly and with a smile that you don't even realize 5 bottles of blood have been taken out :-).
Took my mother here today. I informed the technician that she has fine veins and needs careful attention, but this was ignored. The wrong needle and poor technique were used, with the needle moved side to side under the skin, causing pain and a large hematoma. The second attempt with the proper needle worked fine. Very disappointing, especially after we had warned them in advance.
