Staff member are friendly and professional. Very quick service.
worst Lifelabs I have been to. Arrived 35 minutes before their closing time and they were so rude by just saying that they were no longer accepting more patients. Even though I told them the urgency I had for my blood test. Worst customer service ever.
Very disappointing customer service from the receptionist. I simply asked a question about the payment process, but instead of answering politely, she raised her voice and responded rudely and disrespectfully. She made unnecessary comments that made me feel uncomfortable, as if I were doing something wrong for asking for clarification. I was not refusing to pay; I just wanted to understand the process.
