The 1 star is just for today May 10 2026. Today, don’t go here, long line system down short staff. No notice of system down, people are angry and hungry maybe some, if not most of them on fasting, my wife been here for almost 3 hours but all good patience is a virtue😃she need the blood works to be done anyways. Yes, the location is busy. Yes, it may take a while to get your exams done even with an appointment. But the staff is very agile and kind. Jenny did my blood test (as well as my checkin at the reception) and she was super fast, but also extremely patient and kind since she noticed I get very anxious with blood tests. You can tell everyone at this place is working really hard to get the line moving quickly, but there’s only so much they can do when the demand is so high.
Awful check in process, rude staff and inattentive care. The woman doing my blood draw essentially mocked me and made my draw very painful.
The one star here is a reflection of what the management has done to make it a nightmare to go to Lifelab these days. The women that work there are amazing technicians, very skilled very patient and very focussed on their job. But what management is done is just ridiculous. They had a fabulous system where the few people that chose to have a an appointment booked lined up in a small queue. I was able to get an appointment the same day as someone had cancelled and everyone was pleasant and efficient.
