Some of the front counter people are awesome, very polite and no attitude at all. Smile on their face Theres one "man" (or whatever it is) that works behind the front desk, calling in walk ins.. The rudest experience ive ever had here.. I had to walk out to go elsewhere..
Lack of communication with the staff. Week prior was informed no appointment was needed to drop off a urine sample then the other employee stated you needed to wait in a 300+ minute line. Get it together lifelabs, maybe look at training your staff and focus on efficiency.
The staff are excellent at their jobs and extremely hard-working. There's always a long queue of people to be processed and somehow they manage to get through everyone and still remain friendly. Pretty much a painless experience.
