Stood in line for 30 min before being told they might not get to all of us, so thought I'd be okay since I'd already been there half an hour. 15 min after that we're told we won't be seen unless our order has stat on it, and mine did not. I'd give zero stars if possible. Surely they can develop a system so people who are already in line definitely get seen.
Robyn is and was an absolute blessing. I have intense anxiety surrounding blood draws and any other medical procedures. Robyn was extremely patient, extremely understanding, extremely efficient with the draw, and did not express any frustration or inconvenience from my anxiety keeping her past the location's regular closing time. I'm extremely grateful and I will, for as long as possible, not get a blood draw unless it can be Robyn drawing it. Thank you so much Robyn!
Such friendly service! The lady at the front was so wonderful and they were so busy. This is the best experience I’ve had at a lifelabs!
