Please do not come here. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a life labs before. First of all, why are the wait times an hour to an hour and a half, especially for the folks who went out of their way to make an appointment? The front desk staff is unbelievably rude I could not believe it. Absolutely no reason to act that way, especially in health care. Experienced staff, entire process went very smoothly.
This location is one of the worst places to get your blood drawn. I went in with various requisitions and they told me that I was not allowed to have more than 2 given at each appointment, okay I understand the protocol, but where is this listed? Not through the booking website, not on the information under lifelabs website or in-person. I had a pre-booked appointment and it took over an hour to be attended to. Wasn't Life Labs put in place to lower wait times? I remember when they started the wait times were reasonable. Now it's 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait if you are lucky. It's unreal what we can expect for our tax dollars now. Pay more get less seems to be the trend.
