Had my blood work & an ECG test done this morning. Didn't have an appointment but the wait wasn't that long and the staff was very nice. My first time at that location.
Neat and fast paced job for there patient
I visited LifeLabs for a blood test and checked in at the front desk. The staff asked me to wait, so I patiently sat for about an hour. After the long wait, they finally told me that they couldn’t do my blood work because I needed to be fasting. This information should have been communicated right away during check-in, instead of making me wait for so long. It was very frustrating and felt like my time was wasted. Clearer communication at the beginning would have avoided this issue.
