I just had my blood works done today. These stars is specifically for Ms. Anterpreet. ( not sure with the spelling) It’s the first time i feel no pain having my blood drawn. I know it’s not normal being poked with no pain, but It’s hard to believe it happened. Good job
Booked their mobile lab service from my nonverbal adult son with down syndrome. They knew about his situation. They came to do the tests, but could not complete one of the tests, Apparently they aren't set up for it. They told me this about 6 min before the visit so I had to get another co. To come do the other. Then I wait on hold for 27 minutes for a number to access results. Can't get the number because it's for my son. Why didn't they mention this or ask for the POA while at my home? The heck with that, I'll get the resu... read more
The wait times are ridiculous for walk-ins. I was in there over an hour there were only a handful of people in there waiting. I understand people have appointments but, they were calling out names for people that weren't in the waiting room, one of us could have been called in for the bloodwork.
Very bad experience,rude staff
