The staff needs additional training to accommodate diabetics especially knowing when to prioritize these patients due to low blood sugars to prevent patients from passing out. I started to experience the start of a blood sugar low and was made to wait an additional 15 minutes before having my blood taken. Very unprofessional and uneducated regarding certain health conditions.
Worst service you ever get wait times approx 3 hours and still you have wait once you reached at front always hear this excuse short staff from last 2 years. i guess people have to volunteer. they don't want pay to get some help to overcome backlog.
Absolutely 0 infection control protocols are observed. Gloves were used multiple times and not changed. No verbiage regarding start of injection, just a stab in my arm and a slap of tape after. Wish I had read the reviews before…find a different location.
Everything is done online you can not book an appointment through the phone, they route you to the website. the entire auto machine needs to be updated stating they will have a new check in system in 2024 we are 2025 totally disorganized.
