The staff's first language is not English but Spanish and Hindi. I can only understand about 25% of what they were saying. They were extremely vague and not coherent. It was a miracle they were able to collect my blood and urine samples. It remains to be seen if they are able to transfer the results to my doctor. Diversity is not our strength at this clinic.
The location was short staffed today but the woman who helped me, I didn’t catch her name but I believe she spoke Spanish as well, was so kind. She took the extra time to help me with a question I had about a requisition, she used all of her resources to make sure she answered my inquiry. She was also the one to draw my blood and was amazing, she is so sweet and patient. The man who took my blood didn’t know what he was doing. My veins are easy. He tried my left arm and missed. It burned. He kept tapping the vein? He switched to my right arm and left a bruise. He barely spoke English so it was difficult to understand his instructions. Very unhappy with my experience there
