I always go to this Life labs. They are so fast and the walk in time is usually less than 30 mins. A secret in Ottawa. Thilaka is the best at drawing blood!! So kind too.

Getting a blood test is always nerve-wracking for me, but my experience here was great. It was my first visit, and the staff were kind, efficient, and precise. They found my vein quickly and made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for the excellent care!
I always go to this location for couple of years now, it has always been the best! Thilaka and the other lady with glasses have always took my samples and they have always been amazing! They are fast and don’t waste time, i always go in and leave in about 30 minutes. I want to thank the person who spoke to me from customer service over the phone who escalated my concern to her supervisor, who called me right away to clarify things and reassure me!
