This WAS a good company I have made multiple purchases over the years (our favorite bed it still out queen size trip from 2004). However, I recently purchased a king sized Trio and it’s terribly hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I purchased a wooly top (spending an additional $1k+) hoping and believing it would help. I had been purchasing sheets from Lifekind exclusively for nearly 2 decades But the last ones were scratchy, must have been from a different source. I called to let them know, hoping for a validation, a return, but the gal(who probably hadn't worked there as long as I had been using their products) could only offer a $50 credit. Of which I told her I would never use There are too many sources to buy organic sheets from these day. Sorry to say. But this company has gone down hill

The reviews on their website are totally fake. I placed an order, had to follow up on it twice with zero communications from them. After a week or so they explained there’s no stock, and told me that I should expect it in another 2-3 weeks. Bad communication and service. Avoid.

I love the rubber mattress i bought hereover15 years ago Its like new still. 😍
