I recently built a house with Lifehouse Homes and could not be happier with the result. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is on par with custom builders but with an affordable price tag. Compared to other local builders, Lifehouse Homes includes many features in their base prices that the other builders we looked at charge an additional fee for. We invested 2 years into looking for the right place and builder to build our home. When we found Lifehouse we were impressed with the quality of their homes. It was great working directly with Todd throughout the process. He has been a man of his word from day one. We recently took delivery of our new home and are very pleased with it. The attention to detail is great and the process was smooth from beginning to end. If we ever built again I would definitely look to Lifehouse Homes.

My husband and I were starting to think that becoming homeowners might not be possible until we came across Lifehouse Homes. With the limited market over recent years and rising home prices, we were absolutely thrilled to find a build by Lifehouse that was built with durability while also remaining affordable. Went there for open house and preview new homes. Opened at noon. Waited to 15 after, no one showed! Piss poor business if you cannot have your staff there to greet potential customers. I was at the Lowell Indiana location.
