Been to lifeguard a couple of times over the past 4 years and I've always had a pleasant experience. The only place I feel safe taking my car to giving I have small children. Steve is always amazing to deal with and will openly go above and beyond for any of their customers. Highly recommend!
Rang when they open. They were flat out but bloke told me to bring in ASAP and he’d have a look. Got there. He worked on it straight away. Absolutely magnificent service, all with a smile! Can’t recommend high enough! A million thank you’s! Rick (Renault Koleos).
First time using the mechanical side of this business (have used the outstanding tyre side a few times). Exceptional customer service, quick turnaround - recommended without hesitation.
My wife took her car to Lifeguard mechanical and they failed her car for a pink slip. They said it needed 2 new front tires when it does not. They are clearly trying to grab more money out of her trying to sell tyres. When i confronted them on the phone about this i was hung up on. Very unprofessional to deal with and highly incompetent at carrying out an accurate vehicle inspection. Not a good sign of a reputable mechanical business.
