My mother had to pay up front just in case her coinsurance didn't pay. But the coinsurance did pay. So im pretty sure we need to be refunded.I have called 5-6 times and always get referred to Jeremy Hancock, who of course never answers. I have left a message every time. This has been over a month and I have heard no response. I would at least appreciate a phone call back to explain why my mom should not receive a $1500 refund. I have heard nothing! Sounds a little fishy... maybe even fraudulent!!!
Some of your team needs to work on their attitudes. One woman walked in to the scene with an attitude and was disrespectful to everyone from the get go. My friend passed out from her dysautonomia and she just kept flopping her around saying she was faking it! Please! Dr didn’t think so!!!! At least they were able to get her to the hospital. I guess that counts for something but try being kinder and more considerate.
Matt, Zach and Wyatt are fantastic. They are calm, cool, professionals that knows their stuff. Never really think about these folks very much until you really, really need them. Like my son said, they were his lifesavers one day, and his Hero's for life the next day. Thank you again guys.
