I went to Rotem for a diamond appraisal and he wound up helping me get an engagement ring for it to be set in. It was a great experience all around. The appraisal was very thorough and the turnaround was as quick as promised. He helped me find the type of ring I was looking for and got it to me for a much cheaper price than retail. He's a very honest and hardworking guy that cares a lot about his craft. I highly recommend using him appraisals, mountings, and settings!
