Great gym, very fairly priced and fantastic people running it. If you want a gym that's welcoming and relaxed this is the place for you.
I phoned to ask if they have recumbent exercise bikes, they do. The man that answered the phone was informative and had a great attitude. I haven't been to the centre though as I bought my own bike to use at home.
Phil and Vonnie are very helpful and will guide you on your fitness journey, especially if you're a beginner. The gym is clean and filled with regular faces that are always happy to help.
Great value, relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of equipment, in a great central location. The owners are very down to earth and friendly!
