The service is overrated. When emergency happened, I had to wait for a long time for their response. Will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered this for my mom after a lot of research. The staff was very kind and helpful. She had a stroke, and she lives in a remote area. We both felt so much much better when she got the LifeFone and tested it, and heard that voice over the LifeFone box. We're very happy with this service.

After a lot of research, I chose LifeFone for my mother who had fallen a few times. She wears it faithfully and has had to use it on a couple of occasions when she fell and could not get up. It worked perfectly and LifeFone contacted 911 and family immediately. LifeFone, unlike some other companies, keeps her medical and medication information to give to emergency personnel. With LifeFone, our family has peace of mind when it comes to our mother's safety.

Notably good service experience Their service is exemplary. All of their reps are so kind and patient. A monthly test of the machine brought immediate response. And when we cancelled the service, they responded quickly, and even sent a postage paid box so we could return the equipment at no cost.The Lifefone brought my elderly mother years of independent living. Highly recommended.
