All bogus lies from one sour woman – It’s sad to think that "one" person would have the time to sit down, make up all these fake names, just to trash a persons career. Wenona Barnes knows who is behind all of these remarks. Instead of airing this persons name or place of employment (which she knows) I hope she can take some sort of legal action.

Wenona Barnes of Lifefocus Counseling & Life Lab Phony – Wenona Barnes is best known in the community for fraudulent behavior and most importantly advertising and passing herself as Dr. Barns, PhD. She states that she holds a PHD from Carrington University – which is a degree mill. She is NOT a licensed therapist and should not be counseling for children, teens, and divorce or family issues. I Highly Recommend LifeFocus! :) – I have taken my family to three different counseling services to no avail. My teenage daughter and I could not communicate, my husband and I were talking about a divorce and my life was hitting rock bottom. Nothing seemed to be working. Most Beneficial Family Therapist I have Ever Worked WIth. – Dr. Barnes is the most kind and educated woman I have ever worked with. She has gone beyond the call of duty with all of her clients, myself included. When you are in her waiting room, you can see letters of appreciation and acknowledgement from her last minute appearances at the 911 ground zero site and the Oklahoma City bombing. Mrs. Barnes is well respected by the Bar Association and those that she works closely with in the business community. At no time has she ever intentionally deceived her staff or clients. bogus review - she's in good standing...and great! – Check your information before believing those with nothing better to do than bash others. I called both of the governing bodies on this counselor, her licensing board (Oklahoma Licensed Alcohol & Drg Counselor Board) and her certification body (Employee Assistance Professional Association) to find that she is in good standing. Not recommended – This is not a reputable place of business. The business owner claims to hold Phd but it's not verifiable by the state of Oklahoma.
