I booked a hot stone massage to help with some persistent upper back tension, and it was exactly what I needed. The heat from the stones helped loosen my muscles almost instantly, and the therapist used just the right amount of pressure to work out the knots without causing discomfort. Tamara was great! She took the time to listen to my issues, and went to work on them - her deep tissue techniques were very affective. The environment was nice too - everything about the facility was new and was a very comfortable setting. The massage room was great - the massage music and low lighting allowed me to slow down and decompress. For sure, will be back again!
