I am very grateful for the high quality care that MedStar team provided in transporting me to the Hospital. The EMT's were very friendly and went out of their way to show their genuine concern for me. I am now committed in being a MedStar member for life – as long as I live in the Great Northwest! I've never had to use Medstar, but I can tell you that trying to contact them by email or phone to resolve an incorrectly 'expired' membership issue has been a frustrating, and so far, impossible task. Calls are never answered, and voice mail never responded to. Likewise, emails go unanswered. Hopefully they have their aviation act together better than their customer service?
