Several years ago, we hired Debbie with LifeFit BrainFit to do strength and balance exercises with my father, who is in his 90s. In addition to Debbie's professional training and experience, she has a great personality. Her twice a week sessions with my father have done wonders for his strength, balance, and overall health. My father and I highly recommend Debbie, and this has resulted in some of his friends hiring her as well.
I have been a colleague of Debbie's for a few years. She is a great practitioner and it is wonderful to see how dedicated she is to her clients. She practices what she preaches everyday. Her passion for her "work" comes from her heart and mind. She truly has a gift.
