i wanted to make a review to highlight Dr. Shelby. not only is it obvious she values the relationships with her clients but she is very knowledgeable with the body. she has made my hips feel extremely better. my squat has improved very much and i squat with no pain. would recommend to check out a free assessment!
Dr. Shelby is fantastic! She has helped me fix chronic shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for years as well as show me prehab/rehab exercise to maintain my shoulder health & prevent reoccurring pain/injury.
