Had a great experience at Lifecare thanks to my physio Niva. I came in with concerns for my shoulder strain and I followed the exercises she provided me daily. After just 3 weeks of exercises I had full mobility in my shoulder and after 4 weeks I was completely pain free and back to doing my normal activities. I had previously seen a physio at another clinic and was hesitant to go to back because I didn’t find them approachable, but Niva’s kind and encouraging attitude puts me at ease. Highly recommend! We see Amy as our family physio and her care for our physio treatment just gets better. Recently our daughter has had a pretty big injury and Amy alongside Brendan have gone above and beyond in getting her back to playing basketball.
