If I could give this place 0 stars I would. People depend on Medical Transport because, its a need. I called after waiting nearly five hours for someone to be picked up from an establishment. (Mackenzie) The representative that I spoke with in Newport News, actually thought it was funny. I'm unsure what's funny about someone waiting to be picked up from an appointment five hours later.
