called to make primary doctor because I drive 20 minutes to get to current doctor lady on phone "JOY" I believe her name was. very rude and asked me tons of questions that were non of her business such as where I work and why I want to switch doctors. She finally stated it would be few days before insurance would be approved to be seen. Ummm I think I will stay in geneva I don't care to deal with children answering phones when I call to be seen and this hog needs to learn to be a bit customer oriented.
