I had toothache issue and booked an appointment to Dr Jasper Huynh. He thoroughly explained the root of the issue. I was happy with the procedure taken during that day I was consulted. It wasn't painful when the needles for anaesthesia and so the tooth cleaning process and filling. He was very professional and polite. Overall, it was a great experience and I was satisfied with his service and supports. Highly recommended! Thank you!
I had a feeling done three years go I was charged $100 ,after one year came out went to complain ,apparentley the lady that done the job had left ,so I had another feeling on the same front tooth, and I was charged aother $250.oo and they promised me ,that if it came out againg they would have replaced for free ,well guess what after two years it has come out again ,went to complain I was arrested by the receptionist, very rude arrogant ,and very unprofessional, not impressed at all ,went to see the manager Peter ,and he has... read more
Such a rude staff. It was my first visit, just cancelled. It is not tolerance to be rude when I was asking information about my treatment plan.
When I phoned for an appointment for a quick scale & clean I was told by the Grumpy receptionist that it would cost me $37.50, the same price as last time. After the 9 minute appointment they tried to charge me $250. There was a poster stating $200. Being on a disability pension I was horrified and stated I'd been quoted $37.50. The manager & I negotiated $100 that I paid. I explained every haircut, wheel alignment and other services are upfront on prices, so why not for dental work. The receptionist was extremely rude. Booked an appointment and the receptionist told that I can come in for the following day’s appointment. But the confirmation message sent was on the day after. The following day, I have been trying to call since morning and no one is answering. And when someone finally answered, I asked why it’s taking time for the phone to be picked up.
