The Lifecare team at Ashburton have supported me with my recovery after a number of cycling accidents. I have had the opportunity to receive consultation and treatments from various physicians of the Lifecare Team and there is a high level of care - both during the treatment sessions and also with my follow up questions. Lifecare is a fantastic sports clinic. I mainly see Aiden Rich and have seen him for over 10 years. He has great knowledge and experience on many sports physio issues and works with many athletes. He has helped me with my sporting injuries many times over those years. I see Liam Dirckze , their myotherapist whenever I need my tired and sore muscles massage out.
